These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the website treeple.kz and of the services offered through it. By using the website, booking a tour or making a payment, you accept these Terms.

These Terms summarise and supplement the Public Offer Agreement, which remains the full contract between you and the Company. Where the two documents differ, the Public Offer Agreement prevails.

1. Who Operates the Service

1.1. The website and the services are operated by Keeyo, Inc., a corporation organised under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America (File Number 10740376, incorporated on 18 August 2026) (the "Company", "we", "us").

1.2. Treeple and treeple.kz are brand names (DBA) of Keeyo, Inc. They are not separate legal entities.

1.3. Local trip coordination, settlement with suppliers, on-the-ground customer support and, at present, the acceptance of online payments are performed by an affiliated local operator established in the Republic of Kazakhstan, acting on behalf of and for the account of the Company.

2. What We Provide

2.1. Treeple is an online platform for discovering, comparing, booking and paying for tours, travel packages and related travel services in Kazakhstan and the surrounding region.

2.2. For most listings the Company provides information services: suppliers — tour operators, licensed guides, accommodation, transport and activity providers — publish their products, and your booking creates a direct contractual relationship with the selected supplier. The Company transmits your order data to that supplier.

2.3. The Company also offers tourist products it has formed itself. These are labelled on the website separately from supplier listings and are operated on the ground by the local operator or by a licensed supplier holding the permits required in the country where the trip takes place.

2.4. The services are offered for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, copy, scrape or systematically monitor the content of the website for commercial or competitive purposes.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. To book, you select a product on the website, provide the details required for the booking and pay the amount stated at checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including names and identity document details.

3.2. Prices, availability, inclusions and supplier rules are displayed before payment. Any service fee charged by the Company is shown at checkout.

3.3. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and we have issued a confirmation. Until then, availability is not guaranteed.

3.4. Payment is made through a secure online payment system. Payments may be accepted and processed by the local operator or by another payment operator engaged by the Company, acting on behalf of and for the account of Keeyo, Inc. In that case the payment page, the receipt or your bank statement may show the name of that operator rather than Keeyo, Inc. Payment made to such an operator discharges your payment obligation in full, and the Company remains your counterparty.

3.5. The Company does not store card numbers or bank credentials. Card data is handled by the payment provider under its own terms.

3.6. If the amount due cannot be debited in full, or if the payment deadline stated at checkout is missed, the booking may be cancelled.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and by the rules of the supplier of the booked product, which are shown before payment.

4.2. Certain rates and special offers are non-cancellable, non-refundable or non-changeable. This is stated before payment.

4.3. Refunds are made to the payment instrument or account from which the original payment was received, unless applicable law requires otherwise, and are processed through the same operator that accepted the payment.

5. Your Responsibilities

5.1. Provide accurate booking data and check the confirmation, voucher or ticket issued after payment.

5.2. Read the supplier's rules, including cancellation, refund and modification policies, before booking.

5.3. Hold the travel documents required for your trip — valid identity documents, visas and permits — and arrive on time for the booked services.

5.4. Follow the safety instructions given by guides and operators during a trip.

5.5. Do not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1. The website, its content and the software behind it belong to the Company or are used by it under licence.

6.2. Listing information is based on data provided by suppliers. The Company does not verify and does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

6.3. Content you upload — reviews, photographs, messages — remains yours; by uploading it you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the operation and promotion of the website. You may withdraw the content, after which the licence ceases for future use.

7. Liability and Limits

7.1. Suppliers are responsible for the performance, quality, safety and legal compliance of the products and services they provide. Claims relating to a supplier's product are addressed to that supplier; on request we will provide the supplier's contact details and help transmit the claim.

7.2. The Company's liability for tourist products applies to the products it offers directly and labels as such on the website.

7.3. The Company is not liable for failures caused by force majeure, by equipment or networks outside its control, by acts of governmental authorities, or by errors in the data you entered.

7.4. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability in connection with a booking shall not exceed the service fee the Company received in connection with that booking.

7.5. Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law applicable to you as a consumer, including the mandatory consumer-protection and traveller-protection rules of your country of residence and of the country where the trip takes place.

8. Personal Data

8.1. Personal data is processed by Keeyo, Inc. as controller, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8.2. The data required to perform a booking is transferred to the supplier and to the local operator in the Republic of Kazakhstan, including where that constitutes an international transfer of personal data.

9. Suspension and Termination

9.1. You may stop using the website at any time. Bookings already confirmed remain governed by these Terms, by the Public Offer Agreement and by the supplier's rules.

9.2. The Company may suspend or terminate access to the services if these Terms are breached, or if it is required to do so by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

10.1. The Company may amend these Terms at any time. The amended text takes effect when it is published on the website, unless a later date is stated at the time of publication.

10.2. Amendments do not apply retroactively to bookings already confirmed and paid for.

10.3. The effective date of the current version is shown at the end of this page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the amended Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This choice of law does not deprive you, where you are a consumer, of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, nor of the mandatory traveller-protection rules of the country in which the trip takes place.

11.2. Disputes are resolved by negotiation in the first instance. Send your claim to support@treeple.kz; we reply within 30 days.

11.3. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, United States of America. This does not deprive you, where you are a consumer, of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where the applicable consumer-protection law confers that right.

11.4. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
